Breaking News,OG Double D (Freebands) Murdered In Drive By Shooting
OG Double D a.k.a Freeband Double D of The Freeband Gang died after being shot while driving along Interstate 20 in southeast Atlanta on Thursday.
Authorities say someone from a white SUV was shooting at the driver of a Maybach as they drove down I-20 in DeKalb County during the afternoon rush hour.
He was transported to the hospital and later died, according to Mekka Parish of the DeKalb County Police Department.
Authorities are continuing to investigate. Anyone with information on the shooting is urged to contact the DeKalb County Police Department.
OG was not known to many in the mainstream but behind the scenes he was respected and loved by many in the Hip Hop community. Since his death musicians like Monica, Young Scooter, Rocko, Future and many more have expressed their condolences via twitter and Instagram.
