Kenny Spurlin AkA chills was born in november 9,1985 in plainfield nj.He grew up in edison with mother and father Ken and Tracy Spurlin 2 sisters named brandi which is 24 years old and bria who’s 15 years old.Chills has been writing music since he was 12 years old. Chills used to write in study hall in high school poems and songs and get into cyphers in school bathrooms.Chills is the grandson of the legendary songwriter producer george kerr who had hits in the 1960’s.
